Another milestone for a book—Dare I Call It Murder?: A Memoir of Violent Loss—the naysayers said would not (and in some cases “should not”) be published.
Galley proofs for the hardback and paperback editions arrived this week and they look good. Tim Brittain did a great job with the covers. A few minor details inside to attend to—details that 99% would never notice. I even showed one to my wife, Janis, an eagle-eyed proof reader. She furrowed her brow and said, “What am I supposed to see?”
Still on schedule to release the book on July 9—25 days and counting.
