Thank you, Barnes & Noble.
Yesterday, I stopped by the Barnes & Noble Booksellers’ Encinitas store in north San Diego County where I will be doing a book signing for Dare I Call It Murder?: A Memoir of Violent Loss on Saturday, Sept. 21, 2-4 p.m.
I found my book already on display on the New Non-Fiction table.
It’s also on the shelf in the Biography section.
It’s nice to see the big chain supporting independent authors and publishers.
If you’ve never been to this store, you should check it out. Big and roomy (and cool in this hot, muggy weather), with tons of books and magazines, and an adjoining cafe that offers a variety of refreshments.
Next week, I will be at the Barnes & Noble Downtown Bellevue (Seattle area): Tuesday, Sept. 10, 7 p.m.
For other events on the schedule, please go to the Events page on the book’s website.
If you’re in the area, please stop by. If you can’t make it to either of the events, you can get the book online at barnesandnoble.com
Wow, that’s great! Have fun at your book signings. **
